Luis E. Reynoso is an experienced, aggressive Criminal Defense trial attorney . He heads the firm’s state court practice, and has been lead attorney on high profile cases and has successfully represented defendants through Jury Acquittals. He has extensive experience in developing legal analysis and exploring all legal defenses.
His areas of practice include felonies, misdemeanors, domestic violence, violations of probation, complex investigations, and juvenile offenses/delinquencies. Mr. Reynoso is always available to his clients and makes a commitment to achieve the best possible results in the interest of the client.

Robert M. Erickson, Esq.
Criminal Defense Attorney
Formerly a Miami-Dade Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Erickson has been practicing both state and federal criminal defense in private practice since 2014. Prior to moving to South Florida, Mr. Erickson attended school in the Chicagoland area and earned his bachelor’s degree from Lake Forest College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly known as The John Marshall Law School). During college and law school, Mr. Erickson clerked for local public defender’s offices as well as a prominent criminal defense firm in downtown Chicago.
Mr. Erickson approaches each case with a strategy specifically tailored to defend each client. Through extensive jury and motion practice, he has earned a reputation as a zealous advocate and defender of his clients. Whether the charge is petit theft, DUI, aggravated battery, drug trafficking, murder, rape, kidnapping, or bank robbery, Mr. Erickson has the experience and knowledge to design and implement a strategy for success.
